The team around Coshare has been dealing with vacation properties, yacht ownership and chartering for years. In the past, we have acquired some of our own properties and still operate them today.

But what we had to realize is that we also have only 6 weeks vacation per year, that the maintenance and repair costs are often not profitable, that an on-site service for a single object is not financially feasible. Also the object search, price negotiations, the mechanism and partial renovation by us alone besides almost not to control is.

At the same time we wanted to rent the objects but also not to everyone, to keep the wear and tear as low as possible.

And last but not least, after three summers we would have liked to move to another place.
